If you have a water outage, please call the office telephone number, 701-842-2821. After hours the telephone is forwarded to the water technician on call.

Pay Your Water Bill

To pay your bill online, you must now create your customer portal. Use the link below to go to the site. You will need your full account number and your CID number. The instructions and these numbers should be on your bill. You may also call the office, Monday-Friday, between 8:00 a.m and 4:30 p.m. for assistance.
