Reorganization Board

Powers and Duties

The McKenzie County Reorganization, Annexation & Dissolution Board meets only when there is a proposed reorganization, annexation or dissolution of school districts. It has not convened in 2023 or 2024. The board’s responsibilities and procedures are defined by state code, with more details available on the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) website. The state is currently updating forms for these processes.
