Minimum Charges
For Non-Commercial Haulers (Under 800 lbs)

Standard Rates
- Construction, Commercial Business, Campers and Household Waste:
- $45 per ton
- Inert Materials (Cut into 4-inch sections) - Flex Steel, HDPE, Polly, Concrete:
- $40 per ton
Special Item Rates
- Mobile Homes and Campers (Unable to fit on scale):
- $500 each
- All mobile homes and campers require a scheduled drop-off time. Contact the landfill 24 hours before the desired day.

- Metal (Non-Refrigerant Containing Appliances, Recyclable Metals, Pipe, Lawnmowers, etc.):
- $20 per ton
- No metal can be mixed with municipal waste. A metal fee will be added if metal is left behind.

- All food waste must be emptied from fridges and freezers before dumping.

Important Notes
- Size Requirements for Inert Materials:
- Flex Steel, HDPE, Polly, and Concrete must be broken into manageable size pieces for landfill equipment. Concrete pieces should be no larger than the size of a basketball. Polly, HDPE, and Flex Steel must be cut down to 4' sections.
- Campers and Mobile Homes:
- Must have an empty black water tank and all appliances removed (e.g., hot water heater, refrigerator, stove, AC, microwave). A drop-off time must be scheduled 24 hours before arrival.
- The Landfill can't accept motor homes
- Metal Disposal:
- No metal can be disposed of in the municipal cell mixed with garbage. Lawn equipment must be emptied of hazardous liquids (e.g., gas, oil, kerosene, diesel).
- Freon Appliances:
- All food waste must be removed from refrigerators and freezers before disposal.
- Animal Disposal
- Animals must be secured to the vehicle or trailer and covered to be respectful of other community members. A drop-off time must be scheduled 4 hours before arrival.
