Visitors can access and download passport application forms below, including forms for routine and expedited processing. Routine passport processing takes 4-6 weeks, while expedited processing takes 2-3 weeks with an additional $60 fee. Please note that mailing times are not included in these estimates. It can take up to 2 weeks for your application to reach a passport agency and another 2 weeks for your completed passport to arrive by mail.
