Road Restrictions
LoadPass Permit Review Timeframes
The County strives to review LoadPass permits within the following timeframes:
During Business Hours:
- Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 04:30 pm CT: Permits will be reviewed within two hours of receiving a permit.
Afterhours:
- Monday through Friday from 04:30 pm to 07:30 pm CT: Permits will be reviewed at least once.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays from 08:00 am to 07:30 pm CT: Permits will be reviewed, at a minimum, every four hours.
If you plan on moving overweight/over dimension loads during the weekend, please try to plan accordingly and submit for permits during the weekday.
